WHO ARE THE COOKING CLASSES FOR?

Our cooking classes are designed for NDIS participants who want to build confidence, independence, and practical life skills in the kitchen. Sessions are beginner-friendly and can be adapted to suit different abilities and support needs.
Can i bring my support worker?

Yes, support workers are welcome!
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH CLASS?

Classes are run in small groups to ensure each participant receives the support they need. Group sizes may vary depending on the session, but we aim to keep them small, supportive, and engaging.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Lots! You will develop real-life skills such as: following recipes, basic cooking techniques, hygiene and safety. Our focus is on building independence, confidence, and everyday living skills one tasty meal at a time!
what if i have a dietary requirement?

That is fine with us! Many of our recipes are able to be modified to suit dietary needs. Just let us know prior to the session and we can make adjustments.
CAN THIS BE FUNDED THROUGH NDIS?

Yes. Our cooking classes may be claimable under:

We recommend checking with your plan manager or support coordinator to confirm suitability.
Do you offer invoicing for plan-managed participants?

Yes. We can invoice plan managers directly.
